Description of the problem	Extremely hard and ruff shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. It doesn't matter if its a hard acceleration or a soft acceleration, in a turn or straight line. Took it into jeep dealer and they told us it was just a leak and that the transmission needed to be re calibrated. It immediately got worse. It feels like the transmission/engine is going to rip itself out of the car. We called them multiple times to report the issue was worse than before and we were told it needs to "lean the way we drive" and "adapt". We knew this was a half truth and took it back. Apparently the problem is so bad the transmission mounts are about to break. The problem is as bad as ever, the dealer refuses to acknowledge the issue. Please create a new recall as this issue is causing accidents. I was accelerating from a stop and the car jerked so hard when shifting gears i literally hit the median trying to avoid the car in front of me.
