Description of the problem	When parking my car and driving into the space suddenly i had an engine surge. It happened so suddenly. I tried to park it yet again and the same thing happened. This time i received damage to my vehicle when it was stopped by a large light pole. I called triple a and had it brought to the dealership. They put new brakes on the car. I felt secure . The third time i was slowing down due to vehicles in front of me. Suddenly the car surged again. I pulled out of my lane quickly so i would not hit the cars in front of me. Now i was in the oncoming lane. I saw a car horizontal to my car. Brakes did nothing to stop me. I hit her car. It happened so fast. Luckily, the passenger was shaken up and taken to the hospital. This happened on a city st. The vehicle was in the process of turning into the library when the accident happened.
