Description of the problem	Sitting at red light-service transmission light went on asking me to put car in park.. Transmission was not engaged, i would say it was in neutral, i put car in park and back to drive.. Did not engage.. Put back in park and turned car off.. Restarted and put in drive.. Engaged but very loud engagement and shook car, still saying transmission needs service.. Took to dealer and they said it needed refreshed.. Has been to dealer several times for similar issue.. Other times transmission disengaged while on freeway.. Dealer refreshed and working ok at this time
