Description of the problem	Shifting is jerky and or delayed in first 3 gears mostly. Appears to be random. It might delay while shifting for a second and then engage with so much force that it damn near gives you whiplash........ Seams unsafe and even my 1962 rambler shifts smoother. There is no way this is (normal) as the manufacturer states.
