Description of the problem	Vehicle will often surge when i'm trying to stop. I look for it now but it can still catch me off guard and it is difficult to stop sometimes. Feels like i won't be able to stop in time. Jeep also shifts real hard sometimes, causing vehicle to jerk hard. Strange revving noises when accelerating. I took vehicle to dealer that i bought it from, they charged me for recall and said they did the work. It has been a year and chrysler is showing that the recall work has not been done. Case #32715454 but no refund and it seems that they have done nothing about the dealer. Fca customer assistance center
