| Description of the problem | "servicetransmission" messaging problems. Jeep shook and shuts off while i was on the highway moving. At 65mph. I steered it to the shoulder of the road. Restated the jeep and followed the messages instructions on my navigation screen. Upon putting it on "d" and giving the gas the jeep lunged forward and it felt like someone had hit me from the rear. Once moving the jeep stayed in low gears. I exited the highway and using the service road drove it to the dealership. They performed a mandated recall software upgrade which seemed to work. 8 days latter my jeep is back in at the dealership with the same problems. |
