Description of the problem	Starting around 29000 miles we have been experiencing hard shifting in our vehicle which was purchased brand new. The vehicle symptoms have progressed to the point where it feels like a rear end collision when shifting. There have also instances when we have been accelerating and the engine just revves up and transmission wouldn't engage until finally engaging. This has turned into a major safety issue as it is unknown when this will happen. It is also a safety issue when the transmission jerks so bad which could ultimately cause loss of control. This occurs when the vehicle is moving. Attached is images of the amount of force caused by the jerking motion and a video of the phone on the dash and falling of because of one said jerking motion.
