Description of the problem	9 speed transmission issues. Received recall s 55 dealer only performed tcm update even though i stated check engine light came on. Vehicle went into 3rd gear at 60 mph and we almost got rear-ended on freeway. Called chrysler customer service and they will do nothing. Was driving on i 75 at posted limit of 75 mph when vehicle check engine light came on and speedo went blank and message came up " service transmission" this has happened 4 times and will never set a code. Check engine light will go out before i can get to dealer. I will not drive vehicle.... I fear for my life
