Description of the problem	I bought a brand new 2014 jeep cherokee three years ago. The transmission starts jerking, shifting roughly, body shaking at about 20,000 miles, and eventually died when driving on the road in november 2016. My wife and kids were stuck on the road in fear. Sent to the dealer shop the next day, was told there is no available slot and i have to drive it back to home. The transmission stopped again on the road. The next week, i sent the car in and dealer performed the recall. However, there is no solving, still jerking. Sent the car repair for another three times from december 2016, and then once again in february 2017. They told me someone re-programed the transmission, and it did become a little bit better at the beginning, but eventually jerking and shaking again. Last saturday, april 22, 2017, the transmission died again when i was driving my son out, leaving us in front of an intersection and the car behind almost hit us. My son was so scared and begging me to get rid of this car. I decide to ask a lemon law attorney for help.
