Description of the problem	9 speed transmission issue - (original complaint #10916811) - once again i'm having issues with my 2014 jeep cherokee - after having the computer updated twice in the first two years of ownership and transmission cooler replaced in october of last year(2016) i was told the forward drive issue and hard starts were resolved. As of march 6th of 2017 the engine light is on again and the forward drive issue is back. Long pauses in forward momentum and hard shifts. Please review this case immediately and offer some sort of guidance on this continued issue. Will jeep ever be held accountable for this sub-standard transmission and how many people will need to be injured before they are. The highway safety board needs to take a stand against this product and force chrysler/fiat to act responsibly in this situation. Loss of forward power on the highway puts lives in danger. Fix this issue fiat!
