Description of the problem	While driving the transmission will randomly fail and cause the care to rapidly decelerate. It will display countless faults and force you to come to a complete stop, turn off the vehicle and do a complete restart. This has happened multiple times and is now at the dealership for the 3rd time in past 30 days. It has happened on the highway, on regular city streets, and even happened while driving it onto the dealership lot for service. On more than one occasion the vehicle has almost caused and accident. 2/11/17 it failed on the congested city street and narrowly avoided being rear ended. It is unsafe and it likely to get my wife or child seriously injured or even killed.
