Description of the problem	4 months following the "flashing" of the computer system after a transmission failure while driving at full speed it has happened again, after never really "feeling" like it was shifting properly. With my 2yr old daughter & wife in the car, while accelerating and turning out into oncoming traffic the transmission suddenly disengaged/slammed, which led to no response, stalling the engine and losing power steering. Lost control of throttle/acceleration. Had to get over immediately to avoid being hit to the side of the road. No warning lights came on like they did the first time, only the battery light likely due to the stall. I put the vehicle in park and turned off the ignition. I then turned it back on to start and it seemed to try to start the vehicle about 5-6 times, and it started. The gears did not seem to be shifting properly, almost stalling again- had to drive it in low 20-30mph to our home. I have it towed to the dealership again, with no update on the status yet. Obviously this is a replace or refund situation- there is no guarantee any "flashing" took care of the issue- this is a mechanical, computer or combination fault. This is our family vehicle- had this happened to them or if traffic had been closer when we turned we would be in the hospital, or worse.
