Description of the problem	About 8 months after i got my jeep cherokee 2014, i had a recall done on my car. Four days later i was driving to disney world (about a 12 hour drive) when i was trying to put the gear into park when my car started jerking and wouldn't let me put the car into park. I tried to restart the car and nothing worked. Then after the 5th time it finally would go into park. I let the car rest over night and restarted it in the morning when my transmission light came on. I ended up getting it "fixed" down in flordia and had to take time and money out of the vacation to fix it. Then two years later, i got another recall done and exactly four days later the same jerking happened when i tried to put it into gear to drive. The transmission came on again. Then my mother went to pick it up from the dealership after it was "fixed" only to have the car not start for her. A week later they called to say that they replaced the transmission. I tried to tell fiat chrysler automobiles about the issues and get an extended warranty on the transmission but the manager has never returned my calls. I feel the car has lost it's value and is unsafe for drivers. Just wondering how long this transmission will last for.
