Description of the problem	Vehicle has always had a lurching forward motion when it goes into gear from a stopped position. We bought it in 2015 with 14000 miles on it. In early october husband was out of town with the car and the service engine light came on. Took it to dealership and was told it needed an update to the computer system that runs the engine area. Drove for one evening and left town for a week. First time car was driven after that week vehicle service engine light was on again. Upon backing out of the driveway it lurched forward and ran into the curb. Drove vehicle home and took to the local jeep dealership immediately. Kep overnight before they said it needed a new transmission. They kept vehicle for a week and we picked it up on a wednesday afternoon. By thursday evening every time we take off the car shakes and lurches getting into gear. Have an appointment to take back to the dealership on monday.
