| Description of the problem | I have had my vehicle in every 5000 miles complaining of "hard" transmission shifts, and the vehicle lunging forward when applying brakes to stop the vehicle. Transmission does not react when you are at a stop and apply the gas, motor on the vehicle will rev up and then eventually the transmission will kick in. I have had the vehicle into (3) different mopar dealers and all of them give me some song and dance about "updates" the updates are done and the vehicle still does not shift correctly. This vehicle is going to kill someone because of the transmission lunging forward when you are coming to a stop. |
