Description of the problem	For the second time in a month the transmission failed. Multiple vehicle warning systems started sounding include "check transmission", "put vehicle in park, then select gear", accompanied by warning chimes, the engine light, etc. It occurred during rush-hour traffic in washington, dc in 4 lanes of traffic - the vehicle transmission died. The same thing happened just over a month ago; the dealer claimed they did a software fix previously.
