Description of the problem	Vehicle has had shifting problems since shortly after purchasing. It will shift hard at low speeds with normal driving, when accelerating will rev up to high rpm before shifting at high resulting in hard shift. The issue has made it difficult to accelerate onto the freeway in a safe manner. Had have vehicle at dealer four times with multiple software updates and vehicle is still not functioning at what would be normal shifting for a normal automatic transmission.
