Description of the problem	3 months after ordering my jeep the transmission started shifting really hard and making noises, then started to leak fluid. Took it in to the shop where they couldn't move it from the show floor. The transmission was bad. Took them 30 + days to get my car back to me. Didn't install the transmission correctly and they broke the guard, as well as the passenger door handle fell off. After multiple return trips to correct the hard shifting this car was deemed a lemon.
