Description of the problem	While driving around the city of sf, i started to here a grinding noise. There are two thing that would stop it. First, would be an actually stop the vehicle when doing so it made a hard downshift noise and crunch. Second would be using the manual override on the transmission gear shift and shift the gears. Also while driving on the highway at 50 mph getting onto the bay bridge i hear a slight grinding noise that would only last for a few hundred feet.
