Description of the problem	Purchased a certified pre-owned jeep cherokee from local chrysler dealership with 11,000 miles. On second day of driving, noticed that as the car shifts from second to third gear (usually around 17mph the entire car jolts / surges forward. At times when this happens, i have actually thought i have been bumped into by the car behind me, only to quickly determine it is the transmission. I have had the vehicle into service 3 times. First time, re-flashed transmission control module. Second time, transmission control module failed to accept programming and so was replaced. Third time, they re-flashed the control module again and said there was nothing more they could do to resolve the issue until chrysler provides further direction. This is not only a nuisance, but a safety concern. It distracts the driver from focusing on the road and every time i accelerate from a stop i am reminded there is something not right with this vehicle - but with apparently nothing the dealership can do to fix it. I am requesting that chrysler either provide a fix for the problem, or repurchase the car back from me.
