Description of the problem	When car is started you try and put the car into gear, when pressing the gear shift button there is a metal to metal grinding and clicking sound. When i called and told the service adviser so i could make an appointment for service he stated what was going on before i finished telling him. Also when going from a complete stop or stopping the car, the car will actually lunge forward. Shifts very hard when going from 1 gear to 2 and 3 gears.
