Description of the problem	While sitting on an incline at a stop light, our brand new 2014 jeep cherokee that had only bought 2 days before shifted in to neutral on its own and rolled backwards when the gas was pressed. We had to shift the transmission into manual and back to auto several times to get the gears to catch. Luckily no one was injured and we did not roll backwards into traffic. After that incident the transmission was sluggish and would not shift gears properly.
