Description of the problem	2014 jeep cherokee latitude has had transmission problems since i bought it. Did one software update on 12/2014 which did not fix the problem. Another software update was performed on 05/14 but has not resolved the issue yet. Car jerks in low gears (1-3) but now it also makes a metallic noise when going from p to r and into d modes. It is also jerking when i apply the brakes and the engine starts downshifting. Both software updates have not resolved the problem, but the last one ( transmission tsb 21-018-14 flash) has added new problems to the car.
