Description of the problem	Jeep cherokee takes in fuel and over-flows into the over-flow charcoal tank and causes the transmission to shutdown due to an overabundance of fuel. I do not "top off" the fuel tank at all. I wait for the fuel pump to stop on it's own and after i refuel the vehicle starts to sputter and jerk. The vehicle has trouble shifting into gear and shuts down the vehicle and forces to place the in park and shift into a different gear. This happens to the vehicle everytime i refuel.dt invalid vin jb
