Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep cherokee. While driving various speeds, the vehicle suddenly decelerated and the "four wheel drive unavailable" message appeared. Also, the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to reedman toll chrysler (300 baltimore pike, springfield, pa) and the transmission was replaced. Later, while driving, the vehicle suddenly shut off. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump was faulty. The fuel pump was replaced, but the failures continued. Later, the water pump was replaced and the transmission would not switch into the park position. The cause of the failures was not determined. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 25,000.
