| Description of the problem | On 3 occasions since obtaining this car it has stalled, struggled with power, and would suddenly stop while moving in traffic. The dashboard would light up, the car would give several messages and would refuse to start. The most dangerous time was when traveling at 35mph there was a loud boom and the car suddenly stopped jerking me visciously and forcing several cars behind me to slam on brakes, nearly forcing an accident. When taken to the dealership i was told the software needed to be updated. This has happened twice with sudden stops and the first time it just wouldn't gain power and was shifting very hard. The car has been in the shop and i have driven loaners more than this vehicle i purchased in january. I fear for my life and will not take a road trip because of what may happen. Please help!!! |
