Description of the problem	The car jerks while driving on the highway/local roads and i have reported this matter to the chrysler service center where i take it for maintenance and have not been able to get any appointments. This problem has been ongoing since december 2017 and i reported it january 2018 when i got it serviced at smithhaven chrysler. I called in april 2018 for appointment and was informed there nothing until the end of may but i was leaving the country. Called again in june when i returned to the states and was told there was nothing until august 27, i explained to the secretary the problem with the car and she said "sorry, there's nothing i can do for you". She also said that if i dropped the car off, i wouldn't get the car back for 2 weeks. I have also had a software update done and that helped for about a month.
