Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep cherokee. While accelerating from a stop sign, the vehicle shifted into first gear. The vehicle felt as if it were in neutral and hesitated between gears. In addition, the vehicle launched forward. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The transmission module was reprogrammed, but the failure recurred. The contact stated that the vehicle was burning oil and blue smoke appeared from the tail pipe. The vehicle was taken back to paul bailey's chrysler dealer where it was diagnosed that the spark plugs had carbon build up, the oil level was low, and the oil pressure sensor failed and needed to be replaced.
