Description of the problem	Hello, my 2014 cherokee sport, 38k miles, 2 wheel drive, has shut off on two different occasions within a 5-day period, without warning as i was driving on a busy road. Several warning lights flashed on the dash and suddenly the car turned off. I bought it used 6 months ago. There was a recall #s55 for the transmission, part software and part hardware, that was reported to be complete when i purchased the vehicle, but it sounds like it may not have been completed since i am still experiencing random loss of power to the vehicle. Or, perhaps the software upgrade part of the recall was complete, but the part was still not fixed. The local shop could not find anything, of course, and the dealer said that the problem was that the last oil change (2k miles ago) was with semi synthetic rather than synthetic oil, and that i needed to get the oil changed. That is one of the most bizarre things i have ever heard as a cause for engine cutting off. Any ideas? It feels like a death trap and i am too afraid to drive it. After two car shops have attempted to find an issue and still tell me that "everything checks out fine" (other than the oil) i am at a loss.
