Description of the problem	I attempted to stop for a stop light on a 4 lane road and the vehicle would not stop. It kept accelerating as i pressed the brake. I shifted into neutral and the tachometer was between 6000 to 7000 rpm. I hit the accelerator a few times and it dropped to normal rpm's. The stop light changed to green and i put the shifter from the neutral position to drive. The vehicle would not move for about 30 seconds.
