Description of the problem	Vehicle does not shift gears properly both on city streets and highway. Often slams into next gear at unexpected times or not at all. On the highway when trying to accelerate past a car there was absolutely no pick up, the car did not even go. It has even caused the car to jump forward after breaking and coming to a complete stop. This has all been happening continuously since purchasing the car. I was initially told it was a software issue but no updates have seemed to fix the issues and it just continues to get worse, i'm scared for my safety.
