Description of the problem	Car cuts off going about 40mph. Steering locked up. While i was on highway. Problem occurred multiple times. Unsafe vehicle purchased top warranty and i'm still being charged for repair. Purchased the car used has 40,000 miles. And i have had the car for 3 months yet! Car stared back up and wouldn't let me go over 20mph.
