Description of the problem	On july 16, 2017 we downloaded a software update. We followed the directions on the screen so the car was parked and did not move during the process after it was complete we began to experience issues with the car such as no back up camera, flashing lights on the dash screen i. E. The odometer sometimes it will flash that 911 call assistance needs maintenance and is not functioning since the update was two weeks ago the car has been driven and these issues are still a problem
