| Description of the problem | Had dealer perform chrysler recall v69 reprogram transmission control module on 9/19/19. Went to start vehicle next morning for work and the shifter lights are all lit and dash shows service shifter. Dealer service is adamant that the two are unrelated. Dropped off on monday morning, with no call until 30 min before service closes. Had to return call next day to find out the part needs to be ordered and may take 3-4 days. Extended warranty will not cover. Dealer is charging me full price on parts and labor. This is my third questionable repair on this vehicle under 80,000 miles. |
