Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep cherokee. The contact stated that the windshield wiper activated independently prior to starting the vehicle. As a result, the lights on the instrument panel would start flashing and the vehicle would fail to function. In addition, the cable detached from the battery shutting the vehicle off.
