Description of the problem	Reprogram occupant restraint control module- i got a safety recall notice and contacted the service department at interstate dodge in west monroe and the lady said that the computers were down and she took my name and number and she would call me when the computers come back up. Well that was on march 10,2015 and today is march 25,2015 and no one has yet to call me. This is not the only problem with my vehicle i believe there are two other recalls that need attention. I know everyone is busy but i don't want my vehicle to have mechanical problems and then i'm stuck out in no mans land and this is my only means of transportation so i need my vehicle to go to work. I hope you can help me to get a hole of this dealership and have them contact me.
