Description of the problem	Consumers 2005 isuzu npr sped up as if his foot was on the accelerator. *no answer required* ts the consumer was unaware that the vehicle did not have an accelerator linkage like a conventional truck until after the fact. The truck was dependent on an electronic signal from the accelerator pedal in the cab to a computer to control the speed of the truck.
