Description of the problem	On monday 2 may 2011 at approx. 1645, i was operating my 2005 hyundai xg-350 l in the cvs parking lot on columbia pike in arlington, virginia. I pulled slowly into a parking space in front of the building. While my foot was on the brake pedal, the vehicle suddenly accelerated speed toward the building. I depressed the brake pedal firmly but the vehicle continue forward over a parking berm and curb stone before striking the building. Damage to the vehicle was extensive. The building was also damaged and two cvs employees reported suffering minor injuries from the incident.
