Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 hyundai xg350. The contact stated that while driving 15 mph the rpms increased excessively and the vehicle tried to accelerate. While depressing the brake pedal and shifting the vehicle in park, the vehicle did not move forward. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed a diagnostic test, a road test drive and found nothing wrong with the vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted and a claim number 54264 was filed.
