| Description of the problem | Hyundai xg350 year 2004 model had unintended acceleration problem. The car jumped the curb when pulling into a parking spot. My foot was on the brake as evidence by my daughter. I tried to break numerous times, and finally the car got caught up on a bush. It was as if the gas pedal was stuck. The car just would not stop, and it was slightly damaged. Hyundai replaced the car, but rewrote the loan with the 10 k original down payment getting lost in the paperwork. Reporting this because i did not know of this forum back then. Contacted an attorney, but they said there was nothing that could be done with the matter. |
