| Description of the problem | I was driving the car downhill, approaching a stop sign. My subframe on the passenger side of the car snapped. The front passenger subframe was rusted, and broke. This caused the wheel to come in contact with the wheel well, and made it very hard to stop. I was left in the middle of a busy intersection, with near inability to move the car after i finally came to a stop by having to use my emergency brake. Attached is a picture of the subframe the day of the incident, before it broke. I do not have one of it broken. |
