Description of the problem	Dt*: the contact stated while driving 20mph, the right front tire well erupted in flames. The contact pulled over and removed the passengers from the vehicle. Bystanders tried to put the fire out with a fire extinguisher; however, the fire department arrived to put out the fire. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection. The dealer determined the front axel fractured. The vehicle previously had the same problem with the axel 9 other times. The vehicle is currently undergoing additional inspection by the dealer.
