Description of the problem	My emergency brake handle with part of the metal rod still intake broke off while releasing it. It was only after the fact that i recalled a few times when i had thought i had released it but the indicator light still remained on. I called my dealer they ordered a "brake pedal assembly and handle" since it is all one unit. I expressed my concern that this must be a defect to both the dealer and corporate but since i was out of the warranty period i was told there was nothing they could do. I still have only the broken handle with metal attached. I was informed the first replacement part was "broke" and awaited a second replacement. The assembly has now been replaced.
