| Description of the problem | This is regarding a recall to my 2012 hyundai veracruz. In november 2014 i had the front valve cover replaced under a recall because it was leaking. It recently started leaking again. When i called the dealership, they said that there was no recall on my vehicle and that i would have to pay for the repair. I writing to inform you that this is still an issue. My vehicle only has 63k miles on it, all maintenance is performed on or ahead of schedule and is garage kept. I paid for the repair out of pocket at a repair shop other than the dealer. This is not an issue that should reoccur with 4 years to a vehicle that is so well maintained. The invoices for both repairs are attached in a pdf file. If other customers are reporting this issue, i believe a second recall needs to be issued. Thank you. |
