| Description of the problem | Went in for a recall (campaign 121) to the dealership. The repair was done incorrectly causing more problems. The dealership agreed to re due just the problem but failed to clean residua (oil all over engine and parts) this caused the parts to fail upon driving. Filed a complaint to hyundai and had no results on paying for the damages (repairs). The 1st incident occurred while driving on the highway with heavy traffic. The drive belt shredded causing vehicle to stop. The 2nd incident occurred while driving on main road. The alternator failed while driving. The recall states replace alternator if any oil contamination is found which was not. I need help to get the repair cost paid for for faulty work. |
