Description of the problem	Unfortunately, i do not know the exact first date of incidence, so i put todays date. Since purchasing my 2011 veracruz i have had to deal with the tpms light turning on frequently while i am driving. On more than one occasion i have brought the car to the service department and each time, there has been nothing wrong with the system. As was reported to me by my service advisor, there is a known defect that the tpms light goes on when something is being charged. As silly as this sounds, i understand that it is not the service departments problem, so i only charge when necessary. However, the tpms light continues to go on, even when there is nothing in the charger. When this light turns on, i immediately become anxious and concerned about my safety and the safety of my passengers. According to the drivers manual, i should bring my car to service asap when the light is on. At this point, it is impossible to keep doing this as i work full time and have children to get to school, work and other activities. > > > > today, driving with my family, the tpms went on yet again. We were on our way to a doctors appointment and had no time to stop at the dealership. So we drove to the doctor, all stressed and hoping that it was once again a false alarm, which,as it turned out, it was. There is no rhyme or reason as to when and why this light goes on.
