Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 hyundai veracruz. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 20v705000 (engine and engine cooling) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The vehicle was taken to dickson city hyundai (1519 scranton carbondale hwy, scranton, pa 18508, (570) 291-5252) where it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that while driving, the interior and exterior lights started to dim before the vehicle stalled. The contact had the vehicle towed to the same dealer to be diagnosed.
