Description of the problem	The vehicle has the proximity start key. On page 5-6 the instructions manual clearly states that the key must be in the vehicle, the ignition switch must be turned and the break must be depressed for the car to start. It further states that the car should be serviced immediately if its operation deviates from the prescribed instructions. The car will start by only adhering to the first two parts of the instruction, which is to have the key present in the car and turning the ignition switch. The danger is it starts without pressing and holding the brake. The instructions for starting the vehicle is located in a yellow warning box and hyundai states that to ignore a warning can result in serious bodily injury or death.
