| Description of the problem | Front oil cover gasket leaking on to alternator. According to research on my vin number it was fixed. After reading owner complaints of same model veracruz it appears to be a reoccurring problem. Which means this problem has not been completely resolved. After trying to crank vehicle at some point earlier this years and was unsuccessful. After further examination oil was visable as well as the smell of oil on alternator. Car later crank with no problem. But oil leak is becoming a problem as it is obvious the leak is increasing. |
