| Description of the problem | Both of the front inside door handles which are plastic, have broken. The result of this is that you must roll down the windows & reach outside the vehicle to open the doors in order to get out of the car. The car was stationary when each of the handles broke. I feel that this is not just an inconvenience, but a serious safety issue. If an accident occurred or a fire broke out & for whatever reason you couldn't get your windows down you could be in serious risk of injury or death. |
